As a result of operating under a grace-basis, the Faculty and Staff of Channel Islands Bible College & Seminary is completely volunteer. Everyone from the President down to the office workers volunteers their time in order to help CIBCS equip the saints for the work of the ministry. Not exactly standard procedure, but then again, it's grace.
